RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 

Please read these policies carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Yamak, you are thereby agreeing to our policies.

The policies outlined below are for Yamak Online purchase only.

In-store purchases are subject to Yamak in-store policies.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Full priced merchandise and Lu Pone&Vanderbilt sale items are eligible for online exchange or online credit only with the original receipt within 7 days of the original delivery date. No refunds or in-store credit will be issued.

2. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully. Returns and exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

3. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the price tags intact. We will not accept returned merchandise if the condition does not meet our return standard.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

You can return merchandise by mail or bring to our stores.

You must present the original receipt within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

To return merchandise, you must contact service@yamakny.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without authorization number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SHIPPING METHOD   

For international orders, Yamak uses FedEx or UPS.

International orders will be considered"Final Sale", we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact service@yamakny.com, if you have any sizing, fit or color questions prior to ordering online.Once an international shipment is delivered to USPS, Yamak will not be responsible for loss or damage of an item. Any orders placed internationally are in agreement with Yamak's International Shipping Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE

For international orders, Yamak charges a final flat rate of $50. This rate includes shipping and handling and is a non-negotiable flat rate.Yamak uses USPS. We will NOT be responsible for lost shipment.

TAX/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENT (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)

Once Yamak has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Yamak is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Yamak, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Yamak. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
